Self-Care: Reset the breath and ground yourself in 2 minutes
Close your eyes and imagine yourself in the most magnificent place.
Take a grounding breath: Sit or stand tall, then inhale through your nose for four counts, expanding your belly. Exhale slowly through your mouth for six counts, softening your shoulders. Repeat five times.
Wash the day off with visualization: As you exhale, imagine releasing any tension or emotional residue from your day, and watch as it flows out with your breath. Take a minute to sit with the release. Wash your hands and imagine all the stress floating down the drain.
