Self-Massage: Hand and forearm releases

Try these 3 steps to get your arms limber and ready to meet your beautiful day:

  1. Start with wrist circles: Interlace your fingers and make slow figure-eights with your wrists for 30 seconds in each direction.
  2. Forearm roll/press: Use the opposite hand to slowly roll the inside and outside of your forearm. Pause and press into any tender points for three slow breaths.
  3. Finger extensions: Spread your fingers wide, then gently pull them back with the opposite hand. Hold for 15 seconds — palms up, palms down.

Take a deep breath. Give yourself a hug. Enjoy the day!
